Hello — I’m Meet Dave, a fullstack engineer with a decade of programming experience, currently living in Bergen, Norway and working as a Frontend Tech Lead on the Flow product @ Ditio AS.

I’m passionate about building performant and reliable product experiences. Day-to-day I build with TypeScript, React Router v7 (Remix) and prefer Astro when it comes to static sites. I write styles with Tailwind CSS using Shadcn UI components, and add subtle animations through Framer Motion. I usually use Tanstack libraries to nail the frontend user experience. For the backend, data flows through Prisma or Drizzle ORM on Node.js/Bun runtimes served by Express/Hono, and with extensive experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. I try keeping performance measurable, infrastructure minimal and the interface true to the design down to the last pixel.

Having worked with numerous UI/UX designers at every stage of my career, I’ve got a first hand experience on building products that stick, I excel at Typography, Color Theory, and the “keep it simple” UX patterns.

Currently, I’m exploring the intersection of Generative AI and software development. I’m particularly interested in how Large Language Models enhance developer workflows and productivity. My goal is to eventually tune LLMs that understand and replicate my coding style and patterns, creating a more personalized development experience, replicated across projects.

Away from work I meditate, bike, play football, and hike. Occasionally hitting the gym to keep the muscles in shape.
